NOTE: You can always send the CSV to support@humentum.org and ask us to upload it for you. We'll quality check your file for errors and upload it carefully to the system. 


It is important to make sure that you have completed the spreadsheet correctly and saved it as a .csv for it to be uploaded successfully. You must also make sure that your organization structure is correctly in place and reflects what is in the spreadsheet.


Key tip: Once you have clicked upload, if it shows as ‘failed’ you can review the error report. The last column of the report will show you where the error in the file occurred so you can make the necessary changes.
