Through your Humentum Learning Services Membership, you have access to individual courses and certificate programs from eCornell at a substantial discount from the retail price of approximately $600 per course.
eCornell's professional certificate programs consist of sequences of short, 100% online courses that are designed to fit your staff's busy schedules.
Most courses last two weeks, so a typical six-course certificate can be completed in as little as three months. Courses are instructed by knowledgeable, friendly subject-matter experts who facilitate online discussions, answer student questions and help students relate the course concepts to your own organization. Courses are self-paced, so students are never required to log in at any particular hour or day. Students should expect to spend at least three to five hours per week completing the learning activities, participating in online discussions, and working on course projects.
Humentum Learning Services members have three options as to how to access eCornell courseware for their staff.
1. Pay as you go ($55 per course, student pays by credit card at the time of enrollment)
2. Bulk purchase of 50 or more seats ($50 per course) (must be used by completion of agreement when seats are issued)
3. The dedicated section of a course specifically for your staff ($500 in addition to course fees for the minimum of 20, maximum of 32 using pre-purchased seats).
If you would like to start promoting this benefit through enrolling and paying via the credit card, there is no set up necessary. You can follow the instructions that are attached to this message and be ready to go. The cost of each seat is of US$55.00 each.
If you wish to purchase a block of seats and use the prepaid option, eCornell will need some administrative information to get that started. eCornell will set up an enrollment portal that will be specific to your organization. eCornell will also provide you with the 'group code' your participants will need to use when completing their profile.
