Technical Support for Learning Platforms and SCORM Dispatch


We know that our learners and administrators are in every part of the world, and our support approach puts this fact front and center. 

  • Our self-service support site and knowledge base is available 24 hours daily and is full of articles and tutorials on all major features. This is your first stop for help and training.
  • Our technical support team works 16 hours a day, 5 days a week, and responds to support questions usually in less than 24 hours, with a resolution with 48 hours for most tickets.
  • If we can't solve your issue in less than 48 hours, we pledge to keep you up to date on our progress and provide you with a resolution estimate. 


The HLS Five Minute Rule


We always advise members that if they are struggling with something for more than 5 minutes, send a message to support@humentum.org and let us help you. Sometimes you learn more by figuring things out on your own, but don't hesitate to ask support for help when you get stuck. No question is too big or too small! 


Benefit Support


When requesting new benefits or changes to benefits follow the steps outlined on the support site for each benefit and send the request to support@humentum.org. For benefit requests, please allow up to 2 business days for resolution. 


Support for benefits. We handle first-level support for members-subscribers, so if you have an issue with one of the benefits provided by Humentum Learning Services (Articulate 360, eLearning Guild, eCornell, eLearning, etc), start by sending your question to support@humentum.org. If we can't solve it, we'll help you escalate your case to our partner's support team.


Drop-In Learning Support


Our small team manages over 100 members, and so are unable to provide one on one support. If you need a little extra help or have a technical question, consider joining us for Drop-In Learning Support each Wednesday. There are two sessions each Wednesday to help make it easy for our global admins to attend. Visit the Drop-In Support site for more information and to sign up for a weekly reminder email.
